My name is Bharadwaj Kulkarni, but my friends have called me "Bawa" since I can remember. I studied mechanical engineering in Bangalore, India, where I first discovered my passion for solving problems through design. I then moved to Munich to study industrial design at the Technical University of Munich, where I learnt to think about not only what I was designing but also why I was designing it. I believe that design is about telling stories, and I am passionate about story-telling through all possible media: industrial design, UI/UX design, writing, film production, motion design, illustration and stand-up comedy.
My latest adventure in story-telling is Cognitive Snap, a podcast that explores science, philosophy and economics through the lens of design.
